After you sign up, you'll be invited to our new member welcome. You'll meet each other and we'll demo the platform.

We have 4 core workshops (workshops 1,2,3 & 4) which run every other month. Can't join one? No problem, come to the next.

In small groups these workshops take you through the key steps to develop your insight and skills and get you more focused on what to do so you're clearer on the next stage of your career.

One size does not fit all: outside of the core workshops are a range of events to target specific needs.

WHAT is THE ALTERNATIVE?

There are other online courses and organisations who offer career support and development programmes. We share news of these in our newsletter and share links to providers. This is no reflection of endorsement, more that we offer a one stop shop to find and evaluate what is available.

Members who come to us will typically have seen or be thinking about working with career coach. Coaching is an unregulated market - some are definitely better than others. If you are considering working with a coach, expect to pay £50 - 500 a session (yes, it can vary that much!) We'd like to help you find a quality coach, so we've shared tips and insights in this overview and summary.
