FULLER WORKING LIVES

We had a hugely successful online event in October with attendance from over 30 HR directors in large organisations, such as Aviva, Foxtons, Lloyds Bank, Veolia, UK Civil Service, BT, Saga, HSBC, and Age UK.

We shared our research into ageing employees and what they are looking for in the next stages of their lives.

There was a lot of cross industry collaboration and insight - which we would be happy to discuss with any organisation to support their employees.
