100% LOVE THE BRAVE STARTS EXPERIENCE

We're a not for profit offering a unique service helping your employees who want (or need) to explore alternative career choices. By comparison, a lot of support is available for younger people wanting a career change. - we do not age discriminate, but we do providing focus for people in the latter stages of their career. We view age positively; by working with us you send a strong signal you do too.

WHAT'S THE PROBLEM

With longevity increasing, people have to work for longer but...

• Older workers are 4.2 times less likely to be called to interview than younger colleagues
• The older demographic care more about learning opportunities - but typically receive the least investment
• Following covid, the over 50+ demographic is the one most targeted for redundancy.
• 45% employees want to change career, but over 70% don't know what they want to do next.
• Over 80% of people 50+ are anxious and worried about their future.

HOW WE HELp

We combine the best psychological, evidence based science with a 3 month programme featuring chances to connect with experts doing the jobs your employees are curious to learn more about. (In a non covid era, we also arrange job shadowing opportunities).

Our programmes are all live - real interaction, dialogue, learning, network building and personalisation. Nothing builds confidence like this.

DON'T TAKE OUR WORD FOR IT..

"If we aren't offering a job for life, then we should be supporting employees with help and guidance towards their next role.
I want everyone at FSCS to enjoy and love their work.
We recruit and support those coming in at 50+ but likewise, we support those who are ready for a change and want to leave.
If their career is best served outside - why not support that?

- David Blackburn - Chief People Officer. Multi award winning Age Positive champion

Shape the conversation:

On January 21st at 12.30, we are inviting a small group of HRD's and those shaping employee experiences to meet and discuss with Philippa.

We will be discussing how they can structure and develop and approach which better supports the future of how employees will be working.

If you would like to join the discussion, please email us your details and we'll be in touch.
