In this workshop, we cover how you need to think differently in a recruitment world not designed for the longer lives we are now leading.

What we'll cover:

• ​New ways of thinking and how you need to challenge some of your own misconceptions.
• ​Strategies to help you target your actions more constructively.
• ​Where we can, we'll encourage and facilitate introductions to other members and experts who can support you to develop your knowledge and contacts in sectors you're looking for in terms of additional support.

About our small member-only workshops:

• ​To enable free flowing discussion, we do not record sessions.
• You should come prepared to talk in small groups and be willing to share your experiences.
• ​The majority of our members work in professional roles, mums who have taken career breaks, people who are bored and want a change, people who have retired and want to go back to work, people over 45 looking for work but who feel frustrated.

Lisa is a career recruiter who has held leadership roles across Talent Acquisition with leading companies, with a wealth of expertise crafting talent strategies to drive forward business objectives.  She was an expat for 8 years and is passionate about building diverse global teams, coaching, nurturing talent, inclusion, and encouraging age diversity.  Lisa now has a true portfolio career - teaching swimming, Executive Search consultant, working at Goodwood Events, and soon to start a P/T role for The FORE managing their Pro-Bono Network, alongside her Brave Starts workshop hosting:).
