​About Germán Bencci

​As the founder and CEO of CodeYourFuture (CYF), Germán is on a mission to democratise tech career pathways. His organisation provides refugees and individuals from underrepresented backgrounds with the high-quality training needed to excel as software developers. Germán and CYF have transformed the lives of hundreds of graduates. His own path is as diverse as the community he serves, ranging from leading open innovation for Samsung Electronics to producing artistic works. This blend of Engineering and the Humanities allows him to combine technical rigour with creative leadership.
