In this workshop taking place in Birmingham, we invite senior business leaders or those with responsibility for workforce planning to attend.

Previous attendees have included CEOs of small/medium sized organisations, MPs, DWP policy advisors, Chief People Officers, Heads of Diversity and Inclusion, Chief of Staff, Chief Operating Officers, HR Directors. 

We’ve had a range of organisations from large multinationals through to smaller non-profits. We need representation across size and sector of organisations. 

The main things you’ll get from attending:

  • Insight into what other organisations are doing to prepare for an ageing workforce.
  • Ideas on how to develop solutions for your own organisation.
  • A chance to meet other senior leaders influential in their organisations.
  • A chance to contribute to a wider debate and policy ideas on how to support this major social issue.
