The fifth session in our forum talking about the specific challenges men face in both managing the psychological impact of being out of the workplace in middle age and later life, as well as the hurdles they have to jump to change that situation.
Nearly 50% of Brave Starts members are men and, in this series, we invite men to come together to talk about some of the challenges involved in building and exploring work options now we are 45+.
In previous sessions, part of the value has simply been in there being a ‘space’ to talk about these challenges, as well as sharing ideas and suggestions for what might help.
With all of our sessions, we’ll have time for breakouts, as part of the goal is to get you meeting and building stronger connections.
