About Michael Lorimer

With over 30 years’ experience in the FMCG sector, Michael began his career as a Graduate Trainee with Mars UK, progressing to hold the position of Managing Director at Henderson Foodservice and Vice Chairman of Landmark Wholesale, prior to joining DCS as CEO. He is a member of the Expert Advisory Group at the Institute of Directors, and sits on the Advisory Council for The Jobs Foundation.

About Sarah Broughton

With over 30 years' experience in Human Resources, Sarah has been operating as a Director for 20 of them in a variety of organisations across a number of sectors, including retail, FMCG and manufacturing with brands such as Virgin, Kingfisher, Britvic, World Duty Free Group, Travis Perkins, Waterstones and the Wolesley Group. Sarah joined DCS in 2020 as HR Director working for the Group until 2023, returning as Chief People Officer in 2025.
