want one on one career coaching?

Not everyone wants to work in groups and not everyone wants to wait for the next workshop. If you feel one on one coaching would be a better fit, we have a range of excellent coaches who we trust:

-  Know both the challenges of this market
- Understand the psychological value of people as they grow into their 50's, 60's, 70's
- Understand the strategies to get you focused on more constructive action and outcomes.

All our coaches have worked with our members, understand the issues you'll face and have qualifications which are well regarded.

Alan Hayes is a registered coach with the International Coaching Federation. He is also a qualified psychologist and expert coach helping people at the mid/later stages of their working lives.

Katie Pope is a registered coach also with the International Coaching Federation, she has a background in recruitment and she's a coach on our workshops.

Lucy Standing is a Chartered Psychologist and trained career coach. She was a Global Head of recruitment, was Vice Chair of the professional body in the UK for business psychology (The Association for Business Psychology) and is an associate fellow of the BPS. She consults for UK parliament and the OECD amongst others.

Hazel Martin has worked in the corporate and non profit sectors. She trained to become an executive coach whilst at Virgin Money Giving and now supports people in career transition.

Career coaching sessions are an additional cost and not included in the £30 yearly membership fee. We charge £90 per session (for members) and £120 for non members.
